Fantastic place, no complaints. Room was huge, bed was comfortable, the view was stellar (totally forgot to take pics of the room but check the view - this was from a corner room on the 10th floor). Takkyubin luggage was waiting for us inside the room when we checked in - always a nice plus. The corner room has a "bedroom" area with a divan with an end table and a couple of nightstands. There's a divider that sort of makes it feel like two rooms that services as a closet, with drawers, hangers, etc, and the other side of the room is sort of like a dressing room - sink, ottoman, fridge, access to the shower and toilet. Shower was really nice by the way - your choice of rainfall or spray, and the bath was in the room together sharing a drain. If you fill the tub and let it spill over it feels like being in an onsen :) Folks at check-in spoke great English and handled everything very efficiently. Spa technicians were in the lobby one day offering five minute shoulder massages to guests on the way in. Bell desk on the 1st floor handled my somewhat complicated takkyubin request for me as well. Location is amazing btw - Namba Parks and Namba CITY (this is a shopping mall, not a city for real) are right there, and if you walk past them you're right in the middle of Dotonbori. A few more blocks of walking leads straight to Shinsaibashi, so it's a great place for both shopping and just wandering around. Small tip: if you go during the hot or cold season and you're walking from the JR Namba or Nankai Namba station (these are close by but run by different companies), walk through the Namba CITY and Namba Parks buildings/2nd floor courtyard to get to the hotel. Bell service (i.e. takkyubin) is on the first floor, but check in is on the second, which is easily accessible using the overpass from Namba Parks. Saved us a lot of frozen fingers walking to the train or to Dotonbori!

We stayed on the 28th floor in a club room - i would recommend this as the club facilities and the room view were great. Large room, especially for japan, large bathroom with separate toilet. had a couch and small table as well as a spot for suitcases. Kettle, hair dryer and coffee machine in room too. The breakfast buffet is extensive and varied, well worth the addition. The hotel sits on the edge of Namba and Nipponbashi. Namba was nice, and the Parks Namba building can be reached from the second floor of the hotel by a walkway - which we only found by accident. There are two floor of restaurants at the top of Namba parks, which i would have thought the hotel may have supplied some information about. As we only found by accident, we were only able to visit once and the food was excellent there. Parks namba also has a fancy italian gelato and chocolate shop, all lovely to visit. The streets of the Nipponbashi side are fine in the afternoon and evening, however are deserted in the mornings and dont feel as safe/smell pretty bad when walking around (pee etc). It is a short walk to the kuramon market area, though i would suggest going in the afternoon or evening. There is also a Lawson's right next to the hotel, but you have to exit on level 2, is it not visable from level 1.

Our family of four had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Centara Grand Hotel Osaka for our first stop in Japan. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff, who made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the modern French dinner, which was absolutely excellent and well worth it. We also appreciated that the restaurant was able to cater for vegetarians, making it a great dining experience for everyone in our family. Special thanks to the concierge team, who not only helped us with this dinner reservation but also secured a booking at Matsusaka M, a fantastic restaurant just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel’s stylish design, convenient location, and top-notch service made our stay truly memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka and would love to stay here again in the future!

Very professional, efficient check in process. Room was well equipped and luxurious. Everything you could expect for this grade of hotel. We used the rooftop bar which was very nice too but apart from that didn't get chance to use all the facilities, although we would have given the time. The room is cleaned meticulously. I happened to return while the room cleaning was in progress and it was still underway over half an hour later. It was clear where the time was spent as it was always spotless. We paid for a small upgrade to the 29th floor and what a view, especially at night. Location is just where you want to be; a short walk from Namba and the chaos, but far enough away for some peace. Would recommend this hotel for couples who like a relaxing stay. Our only regret was not being in it enough!

We were on our honeymoon and the staff (extremely professional and polite) were excellent and kindly fulfilled my request to have a corner room, the view was amazing! The room had all the amenities we needed including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and even a loofah! Getting a room on the Club Floor felt like a proper 5 star experience with a separate check in area and private area for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails (all included). The hotel was also within walking distance of the Namba station which is convenient for getting to and from Kansai Airport. Overall, we were really happy with our stay!
